POLICY ON RETURNS
DISCLAIMER
THE COLOR ATTIC WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Submitting an order form gives the customer reservation rights over the ordered products for a holding period of three (3) days. Period starts when The Color Attic has confirmed the order through email and ends when customer completes payment.
- Customer forfeits or cancels order when payment is not completed within the 3-day period.
- Customers can cancel or change their orders anytime before payment is made.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Free shipping on all orders above P650.00 within the Philippines.
- The Color Attic can deliver anywhere in the Philippines covered by our courier (XEND).
- Products are shipped to customers one (1) working day after payment is confirmed.
POLICY ON RETURNS
- No cancellations or order changes allowed after completing payment.
- No return, no exchange allowed after completing payment. If customers wish to order a different color, they should make a new order.
- All products shipped by The Color Attic are sealed and unopened. For hygienic purposes, all return requests on shipped products will not be honored (except for order or delivery errors on The Color Attic's part).
- If there is a delivery error by The Color Attic (for example, the delivered item(s) do not match your order), the customer has seven (7) days to file a complaint at [email protected]. The Color Attic will request customer to send back the product and will reimburse the amount spent on return service. We will then send the correct order to customer at no extra charge
DISCLAIMER
- While there is a science to hair dyeing/coloring, we do not claim to be an expert. The blog articles in this site are meant to be used as guides.
- Since each person's hair is different (in terms of thickness, porosity, texture, resistance to color or bleaching, lifestyle, hair care habits, etc.), we cannot guarantee the intensity of the color nor the duration of color in your hair.
- Packaging of the dyes (label design and bottle type) may change without prior notice as this is the manufacturer's decision and not within the control of The Color Attic.
THE COLOR ATTIC WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Unexpected or unwanted dye results due to customer's usage and mishandling of products sold on our site.
- Staining or bleeding that may happen to clothing due to application or usage of the hair dye. This is expected and precautionary measures must be taken by the customer.
- Any adverse reactions as a result of using our products. We advise and expect customers to do strand and sensitivity tests before actual usage.
- Delays in shipment beyond our control. The Color Attic strives for promptness in releasing orders for shipment to the courier but if the courier encounters delays in delivering your order for whatever reason (e.g. force majeure, nobody home at time of delivery, etc.), the best we can do is provide support and follow up on courier regarding the status of your order.
